Dr. Angel Antonio B. Mateo was awarded the " Oustanding Professional for the Year 2009 in Veterinary Medicine" by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) last June 19, 2009 in a ceremony held at the Fiesta Pavilion of the Manila Hotel.
