Dr. Victor C. Atienza is the recipient of PRC's Outstanding Professional in Veterinary Medicine for 2012. He is a former assistant director of the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) of the Department of Agriculture and the former Chairman of the National Rabies Program Committee and the National FMD Task Force.
